Playing against 10 men after Ashley Young was shown a red card just minutes before half-time, the home team have taken their time to get in front.

However, firing his side into a late lead, Mo Salah is once again set to be the Reds’ hero after the Egyptian was tasked with converting from the penalty spot with a little over 10 minutes to play.

Arsenal have opened the scoring in their huge Champions League match with FC Porto as the Gunners level the tie at 1-1.

Mikel Arteta’s team needed to score first having been 1-0 down from the first leg and a second would have made life very difficult for the North London club to progress.

That came just before halftime when some beautiful footwork from Martin Odegaard led to the Norweigan playing in Leandro Trossard.

The Belgian star remained composed and finished clinically as Arsenal will now turn up the heat in search of a second.
